Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead their Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design & Construction efforts on vertical construction projects. This role involves establishing BIM standards, driving model coordination, and improving constructability from preconstruction through project closeout.
You'll be responsible for developing workflows, managing federated models, and facilitating coordination meetings with various project stakeholders. The goal is to reduce field conflicts and enhance project efficiency through technology.
This position requires at least five years of BIM/VDC experience in commercial construction, particularly with vertical projects. Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Autodesk Construction Cloud are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction sequencing and clash detection.
