The company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead their BIM initiatives in Dubai. This role involves setting up and managing BIM processes across projects, ensuring smooth collaboration among teams, and staying updated with the latest BIM technology.
You'll be responsible for developing BIM standards and workflows, coordinating their integration into the project lifecycle, and providing essential training and support to project teams. This position requires significant experience, including at least 7-10 years with a main contractor and 5 years in the UAE or GCC. A strong command of BIM software like Revit and Navisworks, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential.
