This role is for an experienced MEP Manager or Senior MEP Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on major construction projects. The focus will be on leading MEP design coordination, ensuring safe and efficient construction, and managing testing and commissioning to achieve project objectives. The position involves reviewing designs for constructability, managing BIM coordination to resolve clashes, and overseeing site activities. This includes coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing testing and commissioning, managing handover processes, and acting as the key MEP liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant engineering or construction management field and at least 8-10 years of experience in MEP construction or project management, ideally with a main contractor. Familiarity with project management software and BIM tools like Revit and Navisworks is important. The role requires a willingness to be based in Indonesia or Thailand during project phases.
