This company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead digital engineering for major data center projects. You'll be setting up and enforcing BIM standards, managing 3D models across different disciplines, and ensuring everything is accurate and coordinated. This involves leading clash detection, managing the Common Data Environment, and extracting data for project planning.
Your role will be crucial in making sure projects are delivered smoothly and meet all standards. You'll need strong technical skills in MEP systems for critical facilities and the ability to work with designers, contractors, and clients. Experience with Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Bluebeam, and BIM 360 is essential, along with knowledge of ISO 19650 and data center delivery.
