The company is looking for a BIM Manager in Mentor, Ohio. This role involves leading Building Information Modeling and coordination efforts, driving digital construction practices, and ensuring accurate, coordinated models for project delivery.
The BIM Manager will oversee BIM processes and technologies, collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Key responsibilities include developing BIM execution plans, managing workflows, overseeing model development and clash detection, and supporting preconstruction teams with quantity takeoffs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.
