Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler III in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves leading the BIM production team, managing project models, ensuring quality, and coordinating with other trades. You'll be responsible for your own modeling tasks as well as supporting and training other team members.
You'll be working with Revit, creating and maintaining electrical models, and supervising the input of marked-up drawings. This position requires strong communication skills to provide direction to support staff and manage project aspects like scope, schedule, and budget.
To be successful, you'll need at least 5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of electrical drafting standards and advanced Revit skills, including family creation and model setup. The ability to read 2D plans and manage multiple tasks under pressure is also essential.
