BIM Product Manager
Job Description
The company is looking for a Product Manager to join their Informed Design Team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This role focuses on bridging the gap between Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) and Manufacturing (MFG) to advance Industrialized Construction. You'll be instrumental in enabling manufacturing clients to collaborate with building design clients and establish design parameters for construction products.
This position requires someone who can lead significant, cross-product initiatives from their initial concept through to launch and ongoing development. A strong systems thinking approach, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to drive solutions across multiple products and stakeholder groups are key. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other business teams to identify and deliver effective solutions to the market.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading "0 to 1" initiatives for major software platforms, a solid understanding of AEC/BIM workflows, and experience in Agile/lean environments. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, along with strong communication skills, is also important.
