Job Description
The company is looking for a Design Manager to lead pavement engineering for transportation and infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role involves managing design activities, providing technical leadership, and ensuring designs meet all necessary standards.
You'll be coordinating with various engineering teams to create effective pavement solutions and will also be involved in client interactions and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pavement design, including familiarity with AASHTO, mechanistic-empirical methods, and specific Dubai and RTA procedures.
Experience with pavement design in Abu Dhabi and other GCC countries is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential for this position.
