Job Description
The company is seeking a Façade Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of façade packages in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing everything from initial design coordination and engineering to procurement, fabrication, installation, and final handover. The focus is on ensuring projects meet all performance, quality, safety, schedule, and budget requirements.
You'll be responsible for leading the execution of façade works for high-rise and VIP projects. This includes developing project plans, managing scope, budget, and schedule, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams. A key part of the role is ensuring the façade meets all technical specifications and overseeing fabrication and installation quality.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering, with 8-15 years of façade experience, including at least 5 years on high-rise projects. Experience with Schüco systems and managing value engineering is preferred, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
