BIM Project Manager
Job Description
This role is about managing significant capital infrastructure projects within the Sanitary and Stormwater Utilities Division. You'll be guiding projects from their initial ideas all the way through to completion, focusing on areas like sanitary pumping stations and wastewater systems.
You'll be coordinating with various groups, including consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure projects are delivered effectively and meet all necessary standards. This position requires a good deal of independent judgment and a proactive approach to improving how projects are managed and how stakeholders are involved.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a related field and at least four years of project management experience, particularly with engineering design teams and construction contract administration. Experience with sanitary wastewater infrastructure and pumping stations would be a definite plus.
If you're ready to take on challenging infrastructure projects, this could be the opportunity for you.
