Job Description
The company is looking for a Tendering Engineer in Berlin, Germany. This role involves leading all technical aspects of the bidding process, from defining the scope to coordinating resources. You'll be working with various engineering teams and external partners to ensure technical alignment and manage interfaces.
Your responsibilities will include clarifying technical requirements, analyzing contracts, and developing strategies for technical execution. You'll also create work plans, assess risks, and contribute to project scheduling, making sure technical deliverables across all work packages are coordinated.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in EPC high-voltage transmission projects, particularly AC substations and FACTS systems. Strong technical project management skills in international settings are essential, along with a solid understanding of transmission and distribution networks. Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, BIM, Engineering Base, and MS Project is expected, as are excellent leadership and communication abilities. Fluency in German and English is required.
