Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical Office Manager to lead their technical operations in Abu Dhabi. This role involves coordinating project teams and ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements. You'll be responsible for developing the technical strategy, supporting site and head office teams, and attending client meetings.
You will also review project progress, reports, and deliverables, while monitoring budgets and costs in coordination with the cost control department. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with project specifications and contracts, and evaluating subcontractor capabilities.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, at least 15 years of relevant experience, and 4-5 years specifically in a Technical Office or Operations role on-site. PMP certification and Primavera P6 knowledge are mandatory.
