This role is for a Project Manager in HVAC engineering, based in Aachen, Germany. You'll be responsible for leading and organizing the entire planning process for HVAC systems, from initial design through to construction. This includes guiding your team members and actively participating in the integrated planning process, with a strong emphasis on BIM. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and construction companies, managing project costs and outcomes for your discipline. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with other departments like architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and external planners. A focus on sustainability and contributing to climate-neutral building design is also an important part of this position. The ideal candidate has a degree in building services engineering or a similar qualification, with extensive experience in managing and coordinating large-scale projects. Experience leading diverse teams and a passion for mentoring junior staff are highly valued. Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit and a keen interest in sustainability are also important.
