BIM Project Manager
Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee airport electrical and mechanical systems, including power generation and distribution. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, ensuring technical and administrative compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders and authorities.
You'll be responsible for the technical and administrative review of project documentation, supporting the tender process, and monitoring execution to ensure timelines, costs, and quality are met. The position also requires involvement in budgeting and identifying technical solutions to align with the company's program goals.
Experience in electrical and fire protection systems design or management, particularly in generation and distribution (BT/MT), is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred, along with knowledge of relevant technical standards, safety regulations (D.Lgs 81/08), and public tender procedures. Good English communication skills are also required.
