This role is for a Design & Technical Manager focusing on FF&E and Joinery in Bahrain. You'll be managing manufacturing packages for bespoke and hospitality projects, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the internal team. The position is key to maintaining client satisfaction while balancing quality and cost. You will guide the setting out team, overseeing everything from material submissions and shop drawings to prototyping and manufacturing delivery. A significant part of this role involves managing project schedules, understanding client expectations, and ensuring materials meet project specifications. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively across departments and with external clients. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of manufacturing experience, particularly in joinery detailing, planning, and execution. You should have a solid understanding of joinery and interior materials, along with technical expertise in integrating various materials like glass, stone, and metals. Proficiency in Autodesk products and Microsoft Office is required, as is familiarity with industry standards like FSC and LEED.
