Job Description
This company is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves overseeing construction projects from the initial contract negotiation all the way through to completion, ensuring strong performance in terms of finances, quality, and safety. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and train junior members of the project team.
Experience with multifamily and data center/mission critical projects is a plus. A background in managing commercial, industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects for at least five years is required, along with a relevant four-year degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this position.
