BIM Project Manager
Job Description
This role is about overseeing the technical building equipment (TGA) for significant projects across Germany, with a particular focus on Dresden. You'll be leading the site supervision, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met, and coordinating with project teams and external partners. It involves managing contracts, reviewing work, and handling any issues that arise, all while keeping clients informed and representing the company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TGA, building services, or energy technology, with proven experience in site supervision or construction management. A solid understanding of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB) and excellent project management skills are essential. You should be a confident communicator, enjoy working collaboratively, and be adept at problem-solving.
If you're looking to take ownership of complex TGA projects and drive them to successful completion, this opportunity could be a great fit.
