Job Description
This role involves overseeing the technical building services (TGA) for significant projects, guiding them from HOAI phases 8 and 9 through to completion. You'll be coordinating teams, managing quality, costs, and timelines, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on site.
You'll be the main point of contact for clients, handling communication, resolving issues, and making sure all contractual obligations are met. This includes reviewing work, managing defects, and supporting the commissioning and handover of technical systems.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in TGA project management, with proven experience in site supervision and a solid understanding of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB). Excellent communication and organizational skills are key to success in this dynamic role.
