Job Description
The company is looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to lead a G+8 residential building project in Dubai. This is a site-based role where you'll be directly involved in the execution and delivery, not just office coordination.
You'll need to take ownership of the project from start to finish, ensuring quality and progress by being present on site daily. This involves identifying and solving technical and coordination issues proactively, and managing structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP works. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for dealing with consultants, clients, and authorities.
A Civil Engineering degree and proven experience managing building projects in the UAE with a contractor are mandatory. Practical knowledge of construction methods and the ability to critically review drawings and specifications are key. Fluency in Arabic and professional English are also required, and you must be available in the UAE.
