Job Description
The company is looking for a Kalkulator/in specializing in civil engineering to join their team in Essenbach, Bavaria. This role involves managing construction projects from a technical and personnel perspective, acting as the main point of contact for clients, and ensuring the best solutions are found for all parties involved.
The position requires responsibility for planning and preparing various construction projects, including the scheduling of personnel, machinery, and materials according to internal cost and time plans. Coordination and control of construction sites regarding workflow, execution, and completion are central to this role, with a constant focus on quality, deadlines, and cost status.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for timely and accurate billing for their construction sites. Involvement in bid calculations and subcontractor coordination is expected to ensure economical and smooth processes. A commitment to adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, as well as staying updated on the "state of the art" in construction technology, is essential.
