BIM Project Manager
Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager for all trades to join their teams on the Line 15 project. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all construction trades from the design phase through to project completion. You will be the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring that quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met.
You will participate in technical meetings, analyze construction methods, and review contractor proposals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating different trades, managing technical interfaces, and leading site meetings. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, quality, safety, and deadlines, as well as identifying project risks and proposing solutions.
A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Public Works is required, along with significant experience in managing all trades projects. Experience with complex or large-scale projects is a plus. The ideal candidate is rigorous, autonomous, and has strong interpersonal skills.
