Job Description
As a Project Team Leader for Building Construction Management, you'll be on-site, overseeing complex building projects in Northern Germany. Your role involves leading and motivating diverse project teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating resources, and making sure all regulations and safety measures are met.
This position requires a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a Master's qualification in a related field. You should have several years of experience in a similar role, such as a Site Manager or Project Manager in building construction. Strong leadership skills, a good understanding of German construction regulations (VOB, HOAI), and a proactive, communicative approach are essential.
