This role involves leading construction projects, from expansions to new builds, ensuring they stay on budget, on time, and meet quality standards. You'll be coordinating operations, managing external service providers, and liaising with internal teams. A key part of the job is ensuring compliance with German building regulations (HOAI/VOB, Phases 1-8) and reporting progress to management. Ideally, you have a degree in civil engineering, building technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications. Experience in building services or facility management is essential, along with familiarity with HOAI and construction contract law. Previous project management experience in an industrial setting, particularly as a client representative, would be a strong advantage. Good German and English language skills are also required.
