Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager for Construction/MEP to oversee the realization of AI and data center projects. This role involves managing projects from conception and planning through to completion, documentation, and handover. You'll be involved in project conception, managing planning services, and coordinating with authorities to secure necessary permits.
You will also be responsible for negotiating and commissioning technically complex construction services, overseeing construction, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes coordinating and leading project teams composed of external service providers and internal departments, as well as preparing project reports for decision-making bodies.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Business Engineering/Construction, or a similar qualification. Significant experience in managing complex construction projects, from new builds to renovations, is essential, ideally with some experience as a client representative. A strong understanding of negotiation, project management, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are key.
