This role is for a Site Manager focusing on turnkey construction projects in Neuried, Bavaria. You'll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This involves coordinating all trades, whether they are internal teams or external subcontractors, and closely monitoring quality, costs, and schedules. You'll be using modern tools like BIM and LEAN, alongside your own expertise, to manage the construction process effectively. Strong communication and teamwork are key, as you'll be working closely with subcontractors, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow. You'll also handle invoicing and documentation, keeping an eye on any additional claims or necessary paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture, or a comparable qualification. Experience in managing turnkey commercial properties is preferred, along with a solid understanding of VOB, execution planning, construction execution, and schedule management. Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software is also important.
