Job Description
The company is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Madrid. This role is focused on building projects, specifically in residential and unique construction. You'll be supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the technical and economic aspects of the contract, aiming for profitability and client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing all construction activities to ensure quality, time, and budget adherence. You'll also be involved in resource allocation, managing subcontractors, and handling financial closing, invoicing, and supplier payments. A key part of the role involves ensuring all subcontractors have their documentation in order and supervising payments.
You'll work closely with the site supervisor to monitor execution timelines, quality standards, and site organization. Building trust with clients and designers is also important, as is preparing supporting execution plans and overseeing health and safety compliance. A degree in Technical Engineering or Architecture, along with proven experience in production management for building and unique projects, is required. Familiarity with Presto, CAD, and Office software is also necessary.
