Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee building operations in Bobigny, France. This role involves managing construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to timelines.
You'll be responsible for coordinating various stakeholders, managing public procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Experience with building techniques across all trades, as well as knowledge of fire safety and accessibility standards, is essential. Familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD, with Revit being a plus, would be beneficial.
