Job Description
This role is for a Senior Architectural Project Manager in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You'll be leading architectural teams to develop design solutions and construction drawings, coordinating with other disciplines, and managing consultants. This involves client communication and ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
You will also be responsible for managing project planning, staffing, and financial performance. Experience with BIM principles, Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization software is preferred, as is experience in Security & Defence and mixed-use projects. A professional designation in a design or construction field and at least 10 years of relevant experience are required.
