Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Project Manager to oversee coordination on major mechanical construction projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that design teams, BIM specialists, and field operations are all working together effectively to deliver projects accurately using BIM.
You'll be responsible for managing the BIM coordination process from the early stages of preconstruction all the way through to installation. This involves keeping coordination schedules on track, monitoring progress, and making sure all key milestones are met. You'll also be the go-to person for resolving any coordination issues that arise, working with internal teams, designers, and other trade partners.
A strong command of Revit is essential, as you'll be providing technical guidance and support. You'll also play a key part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of models, adhering to BIM standards, and identifying potential constructability challenges early on. This position offers a great opportunity to lead and mentor BIM staff while contributing to the success of large-scale projects.
