Job Description
This role is for a BIM Project Manager in San Jose, California. You'll be responsible for overseeing BIM deliverables, coordinating with project management and field teams, and managing BIM schedules and budgets. This involves ensuring models are coordinated, installation drawings are accurate, and as-builts are completed on time.
You'll also be tasked with identifying potential performance issues and resource needs, communicating these to the BIM Manager, and ensuring data accuracy within BIM Hub. The position requires a strong understanding of BIM workflows, including modeling, coordination, and sign-off processes, as well as the ability to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
