Job Description
This role is for a Civil Engineer or Architect in Regensburg, Germany. The company is looking for someone to lead challenging industrial and commercial construction projects, managing the entire planning process. You'll be responsible for costs, timelines, quality, and safety, making informed decisions based on technical and economic factors. Coordinating internal and external teams will be key to ensuring smooth project execution from design to completion.
You should have a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with project experience. Several years of experience in industrial and commercial construction, ideally in planning or project management, is needed. Familiarity with German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, BayBO, BauNVO, ASR) and software like Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AVA tools is important. Experience with Lean Design/Construction and BIM methodologies would be a plus.
