This role involves managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll be on-site, overseeing daily activities, managing information flow, and reporting on progress, quality, and safety. A key part of the job is coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors on snagging activities and proactively resolving any issues that arise.
