Job Description
This role is for a Site Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) for industrial projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing HVAC, sanitary, and climate systems on large-scale industrial construction sites, particularly in sectors like semiconductor and battery manufacturing.
You will lead and develop project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This involves managing costs, handling change orders, and ensuring all safety regulations are met. The position requires a strong understanding of German construction regulations (VOB, HOAI) and the ability to work effectively on-site.
The company is looking for someone with a degree in a relevant engineering field or a technical/master craftsman qualification in HVAC or plumbing. Several years of experience in industrial project management, especially in the mentioned sectors, and experience leading teams are essential. You should be comfortable traveling and spending up to five days a week on construction sites.
