BIM Project Manager

Linesight

This role is for a Project Manager with experience in CSA or MEP construction, specifically within data centres. You'll be managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This involves overseeing daily site activities, managing information flow, and reporting on progress, quality, and safety. You will be a visible leader on site, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices are followed. Coordination with client, consultant, and contractor teams will be key, especially for snagging activities and scheduling. Proactive issue identification and resolution will be a significant part of your day-to-day responsibilities. The company is looking for someone with a strong background in project management on large construction projects, ideally in data centres or pharma. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a detail-oriented and quality-focused approach. If you're ready to take on significant responsibility and contribute to major projects, this could be the opportunity for you.
