Job Description
The company is looking for a Quantity Surveying Manager in Dubai. This role involves leading building consulting services, including financial planning for property maintenance through reserve fund studies and accurate service charge allocation.
You'll also be responsible for conducting thorough building condition audits to assess structural integrity and systems, and overseeing technical snagging to identify construction defects. Asset tagging for tracking and lifecycle management is also a key part of the role.
This position requires strong leadership to manage a team of consultants and engineers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You'll also be involved in maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
