Job Description
The company is looking for a Design Manager to oversee design activities for a significant project in Jeddah. This role involves coordinating design efforts from the initial concept through to completion, ensuring everything aligns with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
You'll be the key point of contact, liaising with architects, consultants, and contractors. Your responsibilities will include reviewing technical drawings, supporting problem-solving, and reporting on design progress to stakeholders. A strong understanding of design processes and technical coordination is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and at least five years of experience in design management or project coordination, preferably within the construction or building envelope sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
