Job Description
The company is looking for a Design Technology Manager in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role is for someone who understands the design and technical document production process and can serve as a key resource within the office.
You'll be responsible for training and supporting project teams, helping to create and implement BIM Project Execution Plans, and ensuring the quality and integrity of building information models. This position also involves staying ahead of new trends, researching software and technologies, and contributing to firm-wide BIM standards and resources as a representative of the local office.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Architecture or Engineering, with strong skills in software like Revit and AutoCAD, including Revit family creation. Experience with BIM technologies and processes is essential, alongside excellent customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities. Previous experience in BIM management and software deployment is also required.
