Job Description
The company is looking for an Assistant Manager for Projects & Maintenance in New Delhi. This role involves overseeing new store fit-outs from the initial handover to the grand opening. You'll be the main point of contact, coordinating with mall authorities, the design agency, and contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Beyond new openings, you'll also be responsible for the operational upkeep of over 70 existing outlets. This includes managing maintenance requests, ensuring timely closure of tickets, and overseeing annual maintenance contracts. You'll also maintain a schedule for equipment maintenance and preventive care.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail or F&B store projects or multi-outlet facility management. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage external parties daily are crucial. You should be comfortable reading layouts and MEP drawings and have a good understanding of vendor and contractor management.
