Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations. This role involves leading a team of technicians, planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. You'll be instrumental in troubleshooting issues, coordinating shutdowns, and maintaining detailed records.
This position requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and proven experience in industrial maintenance. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is a solid understanding of safety regulations. Experience with CMMS or industrial automation would be a plus.
