Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced MEP Manager to join a significant premium villa development project in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the entire MEP scope, from design coordination and subcontractor management to installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring high-quality delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in MEP delivery, with at least five years specifically within the UAE. A strong background in villa or residential construction, covering HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, is essential. Proven experience in coordinating MEP subcontractors, managing testing and commissioning, and securing approvals from authorities like DEWA and Civil Defence is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
