This company is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction efforts. You'll be overseeing high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects in Dubai, ensuring everything from HVAC and electrical systems to fire fighting and ELV runs smoothly.
Your role will involve diving deep into project execution, from initial mobilization right through to final handover. This means you'll be reviewing drawings, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all QA/QC, HSE, and cost control measures are strictly followed. You'll also be leading a team of MEP engineers and site staff, making key decisions, and solving problems as they arise.
