Job Description
This role is for an MEP Design Manager based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on projects across the Middle East. The position involves leading the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs, ensuring they align with project requirements and timelines.
The day-to-day will include reviewing technical drawings, identifying and resolving design clashes, and providing value engineering solutions. You'll also support on-site teams by clarifying technical details and conducting inspections to ensure installations match the approved designs.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM coordination tools like Navisworks. Experience with Middle Eastern projects, particularly in Saudi Arabia, and fluency in both English and Arabic are required.
