The company is looking for an experienced MEP Manager or Testing & Commissioning Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for successfully completing, commissioning, and handing over hospitality projects, ensuring a smooth transition to hotel operations.
You'll be responsible for coordinating contractors, managing the supervision team, and overseeing the integration and testing of all MEP systems. Strong experience in hotel project handover and close-out activities is essential, along with a proven ability to manage diverse teams and ensure all systems meet operational requirements and industry standards.
