This company is looking for a BIM Lead with a strong background in Scan-to-BIM processes to join their team in Pune, India. You'll be responsible for leading teams to create detailed Architecture and MEP models, from LOD 300 to 500, using laser scanning data.
The role involves managing point cloud data, ensuring model accuracy for as-built conditions, and coordinating with various stakeholders. You'll also be involved in setting modeling standards, conducting quality assurance, and interacting with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
