Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to lead their VDC efforts, focusing on MEP systems and prefabrication. This role involves championing a "build it virtually first" philosophy, ensuring high standards of model accuracy for fabrication and installation, and developing a high-performing team.
You'll be responsible for departmental leadership, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving VDC processes and technology. This includes recruiting, mentoring, and developing VDC professionals, as well as ensuring models are developed to fabrication level (LOD 400+).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, installation practices, and prefabrication, with proven experience in developing fabrication-level models. Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is essential.
