Job Description
The company is looking for a Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Team Lead to join their remote team. This role involves guiding modeling standards and integrating digital tools to improve project delivery across various engineering and construction disciplines.
You'll be coordinating with civil, structural, MEP, and land surveying teams to ensure digital models are accurate and efficient. This includes overseeing model creation, clash detection, and supporting construction sequencing and visualization.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of VDC experience, with a strong understanding of construction processes and engineering workflows. Proficiency in software like Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D is essential, along with proven leadership and communication skills.
