Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their team in New York, New York. This role involves using virtual design and construction technology to lead coordination and management processes on significant construction projects in the New York metro area.
You'll be responsible for interpreting contract documents, developing BIM execution plans, and managing the Revit central model. This includes identifying and modeling gaps, reviewing shop drawings, and leading MEP coordination meetings. You'll also perform clash detection, generate reports, and assist with business development presentations.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, a degree in a relevant field, and strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience with laser scanning and visual design software is also beneficial.
