Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Architect to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves leading architectural design projects from the initial concept all the way through to completion, ensuring everything aligns with client expectations and project goals. You'll be responsible for managing design, timelines, and budgets for medium to large-scale projects.
You'll be using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to develop architectural plans and 3D visuals. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to make sure projects meet all necessary standards and objectives.
This position is for someone with at least 8 years of experience in architectural design, a strong understanding of design principles, and excellent project management skills. While BIM knowledge is a plus, it's not strictly required.
