Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for developing designs, creating detailed drawings, and ensuring everything aligns with project standards and client needs.
You'll work closely with other teams like structural and MEP engineers, making sure all designs are coordinated and compliant with local regulations. This role involves managing design processes, reviewing deliverables, and helping with project planning.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and at least 7-8 years of experience, preferably with projects in Saudi Arabia. Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination are essential, along with a good understanding of Saudi building codes.
