The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture, 7-10 years of experience on large-scale transit projects, and experience working with public agencies like NYCT or MTA. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation is essential, with BIM 360 or Navisworks being a plus. Strong presentation and communication skills are key.
